My attempt at a blog while on phen - 4

Hey everyone,
Weighed in on Monday. Scale is at 219. Pretty cool. Tuesday, which is today, marks two weeks on phen. Still going strong. Woohoo...Gotta get the activity up to par. Weight training twice this week. HIIT once this week. Walking if I feel like it on other days. Yep..those are my goals..loosely!
